Why do I love massage? Because it invites us to take time for ourselves to heal, relax and aid circulation to our muscles and it gives ourselves the space to quieten our mind, reenergise, repair and find balance and ultimately allowing our body the freedom to heal.

In the summer months, you may find us at various events across the UK. We bring the massage studio straight to the field in the form of my Awen camper van tent experience.

Retreats, Festivals, Events and Bespoke Weddings are times to FIND yourself with the embodiment of love, which is the under foundation of my practice. I am available to travel to offer sessions to those in attendance offering Massage & Bodywork allowing time for relaxation and focus, this is definitely a way to foster connection, joy and openess ; it's a true joy to be able to particip[ate and share in this way!
